01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pa786 ("pa786", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pa786 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the pa786 registration process, accessing the pa786 login portal, depositing funds, or otherwise making use of any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering for a pa786 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa786 login credentials, including your username and password. 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pa786 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pa786 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Where a deposit is received from a payment account not registered to the Player, pa786 reserves the right to void the deposit, reverse any associated wagering activity, and return funds to the source account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is subject to the specific payment method selected and is displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5–10 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pa786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all pa786 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, jurisdiction, payment method, or prior bonus history.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

• Bet Acceptance: pa786 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has occurred, where odds were displayed incorrectly, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or other integrity violations.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, system errors, or violation of applicable betting rules. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• RNG Games: All casino and slot games on the pa786 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely at random and are not influenced by any prior outcome, account history, or deposit amount.

pa786 actively monitors Platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate investigative action. pa786's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out herein.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pa786 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio-visual content, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of pa786 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pa786 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any pa786 content.
• Use any pa786 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Commercially exploit any aspect of the pa786 Platform or its content.

• The Player requests account closure in accordance with the self-exclusion or voluntary closure procedures.

Players who wish to close their pa786 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pa786 holds its international gaming licence.
